Thank you for choosing LatinMoves, your ultimate Latin dance companion. By downloading, installing, or using the LatinMoves mobile application (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LatinMoves App or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, which include our Privacy Policy, as well as any additional terms or conditions that may apply to specific features or services. These terms govern your use of the App and its content. If you do not agree with these terms, you should immediately cease using the App.

• Built-in Timer: Utilize the built-in timer to practice dance routines with precision and rhythm. Adjust the timer to fit the tempo of your practice music and perfect your timing.

• Social Sharing: Share your progress and accomplishments with others by posting videos or photos of your dance practice. Connect with friends and fellow dancers within the app.

LatinMoves is specifically designed to offer a dynamic, interactive, and engaging way to learn, practice, and enjoy various styles of Latin dance, no matter where you are in the world. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced dancer, the app provides a versatile platform to enhance your skills at your own pace, from the comfort of your home or on the go. No matter your location, LatinMoves allows you to connect with a global community of dancers and take part in the joy and passion of Latin dance, anytime and anywhere.

3. User Eligibility

To use LatinMoves, you must be at least 18 years old. By accessing or using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these Terms of Service. If you are under 18 years old, you must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before using the App. Your parent or guardian must review these Terms of Service and agree to be bound by them on your behalf.

In cases where a user is under the age of 18, we strongly encourage parents and guardians to monitor their child’s use of the App and ensure they are using it in a safe and appropriate manner. LatinMoves may request age verification or require confirmation of consent from a parent or guardian at any time. 4. License to Use the App

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, LatinMoves grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal device. This license is for personal, non-commercial use only and is subject to the limitations and restrictions outlined in this Agreement.

You may not:

• Modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the App or any part of it.

• Distribute, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the App to any third party without the express written consent of LatinMoves.

• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the functionality of the App.

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by LatinMoves.

5. Payments

The LatinMoves app may offer certain premium features or content through paid subscriptions or one-time purchases. By subscribing to a paid service, you agree to pay the applicable fees as outlined in the subscription section.

6. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use the LatinMoves app in a responsible and lawful manner. You are prohibited from:

• Engaging in any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities while using the App.

• Posting or transmitting content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or violates the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.

• Disrupting or interfering with the operation of the App or any other user’s experience.

• Using the App to send spam, malware, or unsolicited communications.

LatinMoves reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any of these rules or engage in any conduct that we believe to be harmful to the App or its users.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any damages or losses that occur as a result of your reliance on the information provided within the App or any third-party content accessed through it. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the App is at your own risk, and LatinMoves will not be held accountable for any unforeseen or consequential issues that may arise, including but not limited to system failures, service interruptions, or loss of personal or sensitive information. In no event shall LatinMoves be liable for any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the use of the App during the period in which the event giving rise to the claim occurred, or the amount allowed by applicable law, whichever is less.

We do not guarantee that the App will always function without errors, interruptions, or defects. The App is provided "as is," and LatinMoves makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or functionality of the App.

9. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the LatinMoves app at any time, with or without notice, if you violate any part of this Agreement or engage in any conduct that we deem inappropriate.

You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions within the App or by contacting us directly. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to any premium content or features associated with your account.

10. Modifications to the Terms of Service

LatinMoves reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms of Service at any time and for any reason. This may include changes to the way we operate the App, updates to our policies, or modifications to the features or services we offer. 11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the user’s jurisdiction of residence or the location where the App is accessed or used. This means that any legal matters arising from or relating to your use of the App will be governed by the laws of the country or region where you reside or where the App is primarily used, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. In the event of a dispute or disagreement arising from or related to these Terms of Service, the parties involved agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through amicable negotiation or alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation. However, if the dispute cannot be resolved through such negotiations or alternative methods, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
